(do not use 'plot' or 'story' unless you talking about the general over view)
Narrative in media is everything, its all parts that tell a story
Ideology- the beliefs and values of the producer
Dominant ideology- an ideology that is widely believed in the public.

To what extent do representations of gender reflect the socioeconomic context of the TV shows you have studied? Make reference to Humans and Les Revenants  representation is used by the producer to target their audience and display and promote the producers ideologies. this can be done through media language such as subverting or promoting pre existing stereotypes help within hegemonic society. socioeconomic is the way in which societal and economic norms are demonstrated within the text, this can represented in gender roles and if they fit their stereotypical roles created by patriarchal hegemonic societies. a subversion of these gender stereotypes can be shown within humans and the mothers dominating role within the family. para 1- mother- lawyer- subvert stereotypes of gender- subvert social context she earns more- subvert economical stereotype of women para 2- hyper realistic- nuclear family industry- demands from producer- show diversity - water shed regulations- distribut...
